2. Transaction Responsibility
Any transaction conducted by users through CoreGold virtual cards is made at the user's own discretion and responsibility. CoreGold only provides payment technology and channel services and does not participate in any goods or service transactions between users and third-party merchants.
3. Merchant Acceptance Risk
Although CoreGold virtual cards have wide availability globally, the Platform does not guarantee that any specific merchant, platform, or service (including but not limited to OpenAI, Apple, Netflix, Google, Amazon, etc.) will accept the virtual card. Merchant risk control policies may change at any time, and such risks are borne by the user.
4. Non-Refundable Fees
Once services are rendered, fees including but not limited to card opening fees, top-up fees, and transaction fees are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing by the Platform.
5. Technical and System Risks
Users acknowledge and accept the following risks: blockchain network delays or congestion, payment channel failures or interruptions, service interruptions due to system maintenance or force majeure, and risks from third-party systems or network attacks. CoreGold is not liable for any losses caused by the above factors.
6. Legal Compliance
Users must ensure that the use of virtual cards and digital asset-related services is permitted in their country or region. Any consequences arising from violations of local laws and regulations are solely the user's responsibility and have nothing to do with CoreGold.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoreGold shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, data loss, or damage to goodwill.
